Hi, I’m Kiele 👋

Born and raised on the island of Kaua‘i and now based in the Las Vegas area, I’m a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, lifelong athlete, and women’s fitness coach with over 20 years of experience helping women move better, feel stronger, and reclaim their confidence—especially after 40.

I created The FitHer Method™ because I was tired of seeing active women struggle with programs that didn’t support their changing bodies. My approach blends smart strength training, pelvic floor support, mobility and recovery, sustainable nutrition, mindset work, and faith—so you can build lasting strength from the inside out.
